Working Student AI & Process Automation (m/f/d)

Your mission

AI enthusiast, coder and process thinker all in one! As an AI & Process Automation student trainee, you will use AI tools such as Claude Code and Claude AI directly in the company and take our internal processes to the next level.

Real projects, real responsibility - and the chance to play an active role in shaping the AI sector in a growing company. We offer flexible working hours - and a Master's thesis is also possible in this environment.



Your tasks

• Collaboration in the development of small AI-supported software solutions and automations (Claude Code, Python, JavaScript)
• Support in the analysis and optimization of internal business processes
• Testing and evaluating new AI tools and features for corporate use
• Creation of prompts, workflows and documentation for AI applications
• Preparation of data and content for AI-supported knowledge management systems
• Research on current AI trends and best practices

What you bring with you

• Ongoing studies in computer science, business informatics, data science or a comparable degree program in engineering
• Enthusiasm for AI and initial practical experience with tools such as Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot
• Quick comprehension and desire to familiarize yourself with new tools and technologies
• Ideally basic knowledge of Python, JavaScript or similar programming languages
• Structured, independent way of working
• Good knowledge of German and English
