Our hotline service offers you comprehensive support within the agreed package times. We ensure that your concerns are processed efficiently and systematically.

The problem assessment is carried out using a standardized questionnaire, which enables us to record your problems in a targeted and structured manner. Our trained specialists are on hand to provide you with first-level support and guarantee that they are always up to date with the latest technology through regular training.

Every conversation is carefully documented and a corresponding ticket is created to ensure seamless tracking and processing. Your data will be processed and transmitted securely in accordance with the Data Protection Regulation.

We offer you our comprehensive on-site service level agreement as the ideal complement to the hotline. This additional service enables your customer to receive professional support on site whenever they need it.

Billing is on a time and material basis, whereby all expenses are charged in accordance with the legal regulations of the respective countries. Additional travel expenses and overnight stays will be reimbursed according to actual expenditure and corresponding proof. All tolls and other fees are included in our service, as are the procurement of visas and work permits.

We offer you a 24/7 deployment guarantee, including Sundays and public holidays, to ensure that your projects can be supported at all times. Our mobility is guaranteed so that we can be on site quickly and flexibly.

Communication can be in German or English, depending on your needs. Our team always has the necessary standard tools and equipment to work efficiently.

Billing is transparent and based on time and effort, so you always have a clear overview of the costs. Our on-site service level agreement therefore guarantees you reliable and flexible support that optimally meets your requirements.
