The AGV system of our customer consists of 3 Automated Guided Vehicles that transport food products in a multi-level facility on various pathways, operating 3 shifts per day, 6 days a week. Orders are brought down from the upper floor via an elevator and then picked up by the AGVs. The products are temporarily stored at nearly 500 floor locations before being picked up again and delivered to a conveyor system for further processing.
To ensure seamless and satisfactory on-site support for our customer, we provide assistance to the food manufacturer through a customized service agreement:
We are available by phone from Monday to Saturday and guarantee an “on-site next day” readiness to quickly address and resolve any issues that may arise.
From the WLAN installation to the commissioning and user training for the operator, we have provided on-site support to the manufacturer, and we are familiar with the system.
Due to the longer travel time for the manufacturer from abroad, we can offer the customer a reliable and swift problem-solving approach in case of any issues.
Together with the manufacturer, we ensure a reliable and satisfactory equipment availability to maximize production uptime.
