We are currently supporting a customer with maintenance work on an existing AGV system (with 80 vehicles) in the vicinity. Due to the current travel and quarantine regulations, it is unfortunately difficult for the customer to maintain a reliable and satisfactory deployment schedule.

The complete AGV fleet comprises almost 80 vehicles, consisting of four different vehicle types. The AGVs are responsible, among other things, for transporting materials from GLT and KLT transports to the picking areas and directly to the assembly line.

Every morning we set out in teams towards the customer, equipped with tools, small electrical material, screws, grease, oil, cleaning agents and normbein.

As part of the maintenance work (including checking the electrical and mechanical parts for wear, hold and function), we clean the FTF, meticulously check the safety components and make sure that no defects are to be expected until the next maintenance.

We save the parameter and data sets for the manufacturer, readjust sensors and calibrate navigation components if necessary.

After several weeks of operation, the operator will find his AGVs inspected in accordance with DGUV-V3, recalibrated in places and repaired.
